Sub: Formulation of Sal Leaf policy for the year
2004- 05 - Fixation of the royalty.
Sir,
With reference to the above proposal contained vide your letter No. 21758, dt.29.9.04, I am directed to say that Government on Sal leaf Rs.60/- per quintal during the collection year 2004-05, with immediate effect.
For the Sal leaf plates, cups and others on being transported outside the district on transit permit is to be realized at the time of issue of transit simultaneously do the registered procurer by the DFO or other officers authorized so by him.
Further, policy for procurement of Sal leaves issued vide this Department Resolution No.16744, dt.27.9.2002 shall remain continued during the crop year ending 30.9.05
