NOTIFICATION
Dated, Bhubaneswar, the 31st January 2005. No.KL (B) 3/05 1886 / F&E. in pursuance of sub section (1) of section 4 of Orissa Kendu Leaves (Control of Trade) Act, 1961 (Orissa Act 28 of 1961), the State Government, in consultation with K.L.A.C. do hereby fix the following price at which Kendu Leaves shall be purchased by them or by any of their authorised officers in all Units of the State during the year 2005. (a) 20 green leaves inclusive of 2 cover leaves (one kerry) fit for making Bidi will be purchase at the rate of 21.5 paise from the pluckers in process areas.
(b) 40 green leaves inclusive of two cover leaves (one kerry) fit for making Bidi will be purchased from the pluckers at the rate of 43 paise in phal areas.
