No. 5F-C-62/2000. 13285/F&E, Dated Bhubaneswar the 23/08/2000

In partial modification of this Department Resolution No. 5503/F&E., Dated 31/03/2000 in the matter of policy on procurement and trade of Non-timber Forest Produce, the state Government have been pleased to transfer the following, seven oil seed items mentioned in Annexure-B appended to the said Resolution for inclusion of the same as Minor Forest Produce items under Annexure-A to be regulated by the Gram Panchayats henceforth.

1) Mahua Seed,
2) Kusum Seed,
3) Karanja Seed,
4) Neem Seed,
5) Char Seed,
6) Chankunda Seed,
7) Babul Seed.

The guidelines laid down in the aforesaid Resolution for disposal of the above seven on seed items shall be treated as ineffective.
