No. 5F(C) 2/2006 3673/ F&E., In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 23 of the Orissa Forest Produce (Control of Trade) Act, 1981 (Orissa Act 22 of 1981), the State Government do hereby direct that with effect from the date of publication of this notification In the Orissa Gazette Sal seeds which is declared as a specified forest produce in the notification of the Government of Orissa in the erstwhile Forest, Fisheries and A.H. Department No.34308/F.F. & A.H. dated the 9th December, 1982 published in the Extraordinary issues No.1744 dated the 9th December, 1982 of the Orissa Gazette, shall cease to be a specified forest produce in relation to whole of the State of Orissa.
